These 31 countries already have an immigration authority on record, but the link had not answered at an earlier check. Every one was opened again: 1 opened, 11 block automated readers, 15 did not answer and 4 returned a server error. A blocked link is not a wrong link — it usually opens normally in your own browser, so the address is kept rather than replaced with a guess. Each country's guide also lists its embassies and consulates.
